Dear Parents, Caregivers and Students
I wish to draw to your attention some important dates that are approaching.
A comprehensive newsletter will be posted to you with your child’s report later this week.
As usual, all newsletters are also on our website.
Thursday 10 April OPEN DAY 2.00pm - 6.30pm
If you know of a family who wish to send their child / children to Sancta Maria College next year, please ensure that they know when our Open Day is.
Parents and prospective students are welcome to attend our Open Day to enable you to look at our facilities and to collect our College Prospectus and Enrolment Pack .
The Principal will give an address at 4.30pm and again at 6.00pm.
Enrolment forms will be available from 10 April at the Open Day or from Reception after this date.
Enrolments close on 31 May 2008
As Year 6 students at St Mark’s are on camp this week, a supplementary afternoon specifically for St Mark's families will be held between 4.00 - 5.00pm on Wednesday 16 April. The Principal will give an address at 5.00pm. St Mark’s parents are welcome to attend on the 10 April if they so wish.
Tuesday 15 April Year 11 – 13 Parent Evening 4 - 7pm
Wednesday 16 April Staff Professional Learning 8am – 10am
Students are not expected at school until 10am on this day
Howick / Eastern buses will run 1 hour later but may get to stops a little earlier as the traffic is less congested. Students who arrive earlier than 10am will be supervised.
Friday 25 April ANZAC DAY SERVICE 11am – Stockade Hill, Howick
Sancta Maria College will be represented by staff and students at the 11am service at Stockade Hill, Howick on Friday 25 April.

UNIFORM
At the start of Term 2, students are to be in the winter uniform. Socks and shoes are essential, NO sandals. Jackets may only be worn if the student is also wearing a jersey. Girls may wear navy tights with shoes. Knee highs are NOT permitted.
SCHOOL SHOES
Winter shoes are now available from Milan Shoes. Sancta Maria College families are eligible for a 10% discount.
