Homestay Coordinator

Permanent, Part-time (20 hours per week).

We are seeking an enthusiastic, vibrant, self-motivated Homestay Coordinator who is keen to support our growing base of International Students.

Commitment to the special character of the College is a condition of employment.  

You will be responsible for Responsible for:

  • Placement of international students in an appropriate homestay.
  • Recruiting, training, inspecting and monitoring of host families.
  • Regular communication with students, host families, students’ families, and agents.
  • Scheduling pick-ups and placements of foreign students.
  • Record keeping, documentation and other administration tasks.
  • Being part of the 24-hour emergency contact system.
  • Participating in student events and school activities.

This role would suit someone who loves working with young people and their families, as you will be providing pastoral support to students.
