Reporting the absences and student leave

To report student's absence from school, please contact Mrs Dianne Blackbourn on 274 4081 option 1. In cases where no communication is received, Mrs Blackbourn will send out an email or text message to inform parents of unexplained absence.

BYOD – device information
All Year 7 to 13 students are asked to bring their own computing device to Sancta Maria College. The device will be used to support learning by allowing students to use online resources such as Office 365 and Schoology.

We have recently introduced an official Facebook Page  as an additional form of communication to our regular Newsletter. Please like it and find out about all our important updates, upcoming events and recognition of the outstanding achievements of our students in areas of college life.

The School App

Our School App 'Sancta Maria College' can be downloaded free on your mobile device from your App store (Google Play / Apple iTunes). On the App you can find all the News Centre articles, school contact details, school calendar, daily notices and newsletters, as well as report a student absentee (with one click) and access KAMAR (our Student Management System) where you can track your child’s academic results and, where relevant, NCEA progress. Useful links on the App include our website, Facebook page and Schoology access (for students).
