During term 2 the Year 12 students swapped classrooms for trampolines, ice rinks and bowling alleys for an unforgettable day. Held annually, it aims to strengthen socially responsible behaviour in the community, build stronger connections and push the students safely out of their comfort zones as they weave across a series of fun but challenging activities.
In three large groups we visited Zone bowling, Gravity trampoline park, and the ice-skating rink.
The Year 12s learned valuable lessons on how to conduct ourselves respectfully in public, look after one another, and represent our school with pride. Whether we were skating across the ice, making fun of our teammates at bowling, or bouncing frantically throughout Gravity, there was a strong sense of connection, community, respect and responsibility.
There were laughs, super competitive moments and heaps of fun memories made. Which was all made possible by the PE department. A huge shoutout to Mr Bali, Mr Gutry, Ms Samaeli, Mr Farrar, and Ms Roy for arranging this wonderful trip for us and making everything ran smoothly. We appreciate all the effort that went into organising this day.
