With the Year 10s finishing off their camp, the Year 9s spent their final off-timetable day reflecting on their wellbeing, studying the great playwright William Shakespeare and watching a modern movie version of a Shakespearean play.

Everyone needs a little bit of poetry in their life! 8CLE found that out for themselves when the school bell rang out, to start yet another term of school. A chorus of heavy sighs echoed throughout the classroom when our reliever announced Term 4’s English topic: Poetry!

After an education-filled day in learning about the past of our religion and how it transformed Auckland, the Year 9s had an education-filled day in learning about the past of our home, Aotearoa (New Zealand). The day combined education from three subjects, Social Studies (Cultures Meet), Science (Ecology), and R.E. (Caring for God’s creation).
