Playing the role of Chad Danforth in our school production of High School Musical Jr is Jeremy Dreyer. Jeremy says that he has no previous experience in acting but looks forward to developing his skills in the future. He is very experienced at performing on stage as he’s a dancer and enjoys every part of it. “Performing on stage”, he says, “is something I am used to doing and I have performed in front of huge crowds.”
He also enjoys singing as it is a whole new aspect of performing for him but prefers singing as part of a group rather than solo. Of his character in High School Musical, he says, “I like Chad as he’s a sporty basketball player. He’s got a personality that is really chill and the character is an all-round cool person.”
Jeremy is very excited about this production as it will be his debut performing as a singer, actor and dancer. He is super excited to play a huge role in it and while he has some mixed feelings about the singing part, he is thrilled to be hitting the stage with his friends.
