MIT Culinary Competition delivers GOLD

Hosted by MIT, some of our Food Technology students, entered in the Culinary Competition held earlier this week. Based in a professional kitchen, students were tasked with cooking dishes, they had previously planned and prepared for earlier in a set time under strict guidelines.
  • Gold award – Jannina Matanguihan – live Pasta
  • Silver award – Jaehyo Roh and Ruby Faulkner – live Café Breakfast
  • Bronze award – Jessa Calacsan – static Café cake

Great effort – Tugia Silivelio (Matcha Cake) and Scarlette Wardle (Anzac and Afghan biscuits) for their static products. Congratulations to all students who participated.
