Over 140 Biology students and teachers from secondary schools across Auckland packed the College staffroom for a special guest speaker.
Dr Alison Campbell, Senior Lecturer of Biological Sciences at Waikato University, delivered an insightful workshop on how to excel in Scholarship Biology. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and humour made for an extremely engaging seminar which all Biology students will remember in their upcoming exam preparation.
Thanks to the organisation of Mr Williamson, Head of Science, the attendees were treated to a filling pizza lunch sponsored by Education Perfect and also received a plethora of Biology workbooks and posters, courtesy of Biozone and Silverback Academic Media.
