One week after the College Sport Auckland Outdoor Ultimate Championships, our composite team headed to Taupo to prepare for the New Zealand Secondary Schools (NZSS) Ultimate Champs on March 25/26.
After two days of intense and tiring competition in the sun we placed 10th overall and 2nd in the mixed grade. This was a big achievement as our team usually only plays Indoor Ultimate Frisbee. Our team went away from this tournament with big smiles, a stronger bond and high hopes for next year.
