The pressure was on for the Year 10s participating in the cake decorating challenge with students racing to complete their designs in time. Judging, by popular vote, took place at lunch time on Friday and everything had to be ready, and perfect, in time.
The eventual winners were Justin Grumafelix, Mitchell Mayne, Aaron Sanchez for their two-layer sponge with cream filling and butter cream icing.
