On Friday the Year 11 Geography class went on a short trip to Botany’s Kmart and The Warehouse, bringing out their inner geographer by collecting and recording data through a social inquiry.

Last Thursday, Sancta Maria College’s Year 13 Physics students went to Rainbows End as part of our practical research. While enjoying the great fun and excitement of being at a theme park, we were also closely examining the application of the laws of physics to our favourite rides.

“Grease is the word, it’s the word that you heard. It’s got groove, it’s got meaning!” It is that time of year again where our school brings us the joy of immersing ourselves into the captivating portrayal of theatre and drama through our school production. And if you hadn’t guessed from the opening line, Grease is making its comeback for 2018!

With College staff attending professional learning development sessions every second week, Year 7 and 8 students have been left in the hands of College prefects to think of fun ways to start their Thursday mornings.
