Just recently a trio of amazing Rhythmic Gymnasts competed in the Gymsport New Zealand Rhythmic Gymnastics National Championships.

Sancta Maria College’s Environment Team had $100 left over from the mufti day money that was raised for the filtered water station. The Team has decided to donate this money to World Vision.

To celebrate New Zealand Book Week the Sancta Maria College library put together a book and general knowledge quiz for the students and the staff to enjoy.

Today’s Merit and Service Assembly marked the beginning of the College’s annual prize giving season. Students, teachers and parents gathered to acknowledge the hard work, determination and selfless contribution of the awardees.

Year 7 Emmanuel Tsang is the epitome of hard work and determination. She is a solo ice figure skater and has found success around the world, including in Hong Kong and Australia.

The Sancta Maria College Environment Team organised a Stream Clean Up which turned out to be a great success for both the school and for our environment.

From mesmerising fan dances to the intricate Filipino ‘Tinikling’ dance, we can all agree that 2017’s cultural festival was a huge success. It was a time where we, as a school community, got to celebrate our diversity.

Mikayla Dance competed at the NZ swimming championships over the school holidays with some fantastic results.
