The 7A netball team had a stunning season at HPNC, only losing 1 game in the junior competition round. With a lot of hard work and team effort, they came 2nd overall. Their two coaches, Leanne Farmer and Fleur Bidois, spent their Tuesday afterschools coaching them.

Sofia Olan and Claudia Mostar claimed the Junior Awards this week for participating in the French Speech Competition last week and placing first in their respective categories.
In the senior section the award was presented to Yuria Haga for winning the Streetwear section for her design in the finals of Walk the Line – New Zealand Fashion Week.

The netball season at the Howick-Pakuranga and Auckland courts came to a close with our College 1 team finishing as Senior A Reserve 1 Winners and the Year 9A team as Junior C Section 1 Runners Up in the Auckland Netball competition.
Our Sancta Maria College senior girls’ football team can bank on having their thirst quenched during tournament week thanks to the Co-operative Bank who very kindly donated half a dozen drink bottles to the team, which will make their match days a little less parched from now on.
