Our garden to support the pollinators is progressing well. After 7 weeks of polythene killing the grass, we lifted the plastic and pulled out the dead grass and weeds.
The next stage was to cover the garden surface with wet newspaper and then 10-12 cm of compost.
Both of these tasks proved to be hard work but with the assistance of many hands we finished it in record time.
Our next focus is planting. Watch this space!
