Friday night saw our three largest musical ensembles prepare for the KBB Festival with a concert of music in the College’s Auditorium.
Our Concert Band, newly rebuilt under the baton on Mr Hamish Arthur, opened the proceedings, followed by Mr Gibbs’ Orchestra and Mr Cho’s Jazz Band.
It was a fine work out for all and the Music Department would like to thank all the family and friends who came to the concert and were a supportive and appreciative audience. The proceeds of the concert went towards the refurbishment of our tuba, which is a valuable piece of hardware for the school.
