This was the question Year 11 students were asked to think about while on their annual Retreat Day. Held at Willow Park it gave them the opportunity to have a day off-campus developing their relationship with God.
Topics for the day included ‘Who is Jesus for me?’, ‘Barriers to friendship with God’, ‘Finding Christ through serving others’, ‘Images of God’ and ‘Praying in new ways’. There was also the opportunity to indulge in ‘Soul Singing’ as students were encouraged to express their relationship with God through song.
After a hearty lunch provided by the kitchen staff at Willow Park the day concluded with an Attitude seminar on the theme of ‘Friendship’.
