Wellbeing Week sees positive response from students

On Monday Mrs Goddard ran a session in the Quiet Room on 'Dealing with school and study stress'. This was followed on Tuesday by Jump Jam in the gymnasium at lunchtime.

Our Wednesday our regular Mass in the Chapel, led by Fr Kevin Murphy, had a wellbeing theme, while earlier in the day there had been an introduction to mindfulness and meditation with Pierre du Sart in the gym during interval.

Thursday also saw the school hold White Ribbon Day which encouraged students to stand up to violence against women.

Tomorrow, Friday, some students will be involved in a 'Day of Silence' while other activities include a bake sale and photobooth.
