Our Year 8 boys orienteering team is heading for the zone final after winning the Eastern Zone competition.
An outstanding performance led by Tyler Halliday, who recorded the fastest time overall of 17.48, saw the team overcome strong competition from Farm Cove and Bucklands Beach Intermediate Schools. Tyler was well supported by strong performances from Harrison Edwards (18.27) and Ryan Clifford (21.21).
The mixed team also came first out of the two teams entered, but unfortunately did not qualify for the zone finals.
